The Socialist Party Los Angeles Local is a local chapter of the Socialist Party USA. The SPUSA is a multi-tendency revolutionary socialist organization committed to radical democracy, which rejects the current system where all workers are exploited for profit; production is ever-increasing along with manufactured consumer demand despite finite resources; distribution of goods and services is irrationally unequal; and where our system of economic oppression reinforces racism, sexism, heterosexism, and all forms of bigotry, creating false divisions among the people.

Officially chartered in June, 2011, the Socialist Party of California is the largest and fastest growing chapter of the SPUSA!
